Step One – Staging Your Home: Staging is the process of preparing your home for sale. Ron’s team
will help you prepare your home to help maximize its value. Ron’s approach to staging has been recognized
by the Washington Post. Their process includes removing clutter, arranging furniture, and providing suggestions on cost beneficial improvements. Staging helps positively influence the buyer’s emotions and puts
the home in the best possible light.
Step Two – Internet Exposure/Multiple Listing Service (MLS): Your home is marketed on various internet sites including: www.realtor.com, www.longandfoster.com, www.homesdatabase.com, www.ronsitrin.com, and various internet bulletin boards. Your home is posted in MLS with a detailed description of your house including pictures and maps. Upon posting in MLS, realtors have instant access to information about your home.
Where appropriate, homes will be featured in Long & Foster’s Extraordinary Properties.
Step Three – Promotional Material: We design a two-sided colored fact sheet, featuring
digital photos and a comprehensive description of
your home. This flyer is distributed at open houses
and may also be mailed to targeted agents throughout
the Metropolitan area.
Step Four – E-mail and Advertising Campaign: Once your home is listed, an e-mail is immediately sent out to a targeted group that Ron has cultivated,
including top buyers’ agents, potential buyers and past clients, alerting them to the availability of your property.
We notify them directly of upcoming open house times in addition to advertising in the Washington Post and
other local publications. Our open house postings in the newspaper are professionally written and are aimed at
bringing potential buyers to the property.
